Chunky Monkey Cookies

Actually the recipe called them Skinny Monkey Cookies. I made these tonight and they are pretty tasty, especially for the nutrition stats that each one has.

Chunky Monkey Cookies

Ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop protein powder

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.  Let sit for 20 minutes.  Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 18-25, depending on size.  My recipe made 25; that is the number that the nutritional stats are based upon.
