I don’t really have a recipe for this one. It was just so damn good I had to take a picture of it!
Basically, I boiled some water and added pasta. Then I mixed up some spices, milk, flour, chicken broth and Parmesan. I added that mixture and some steamed broccoli and reduced fat Velveeta to the noodles and allowed the mixture to cook on low heat for around 15 minutes. I sprinkled with more Parmesan and some breadcrumbs. You could really use any veggie and/or pasta or rice and make this your own.
