Notice I did not say “weight loss” or “exercise” goals. That is setting myself up for failure. This is about getting my fitness “in shape”, LOL. By June 30 I want to accomplish the following:
Lose inches all over
Drop my pants size by at least 3 sizes
Drink more water (and less Diet Coke)
That’s a lot. But doable. I just about to go take my measurements. I’ve already weighed, but I’m not brave enough yet to post it.
